Let me point out that the existing plant is only running at 8% capacity, and a recent article in the Wall Street Journal maintains power usage is going down, not up. So there’s no need for additional smokestacks on our coast—particularly not when those smokestakes will poison the air around
us, possibly for generations to come.”
